This series of 8-night classes will focus on the Open Floor Movement Meditation Cycle. This cycle comprises sitting, walking, moving meditation practices. Each of the 3 stages has focus and movement of mind, body, and heart.
Through this practice you may -
Become more present in your body, cultivate mindfulness, improve your flexibility in mind and body, decrease your stress response, increase energy flow and vibrancy, enhance emotional wellbeing, and awaken your creative response to life.

Thursday March 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th
Time: 7pm to 8pm
Cost: €10 per person per class or €60 (8 classes for price of 6) if paid in full on or before February 4th 2021. Classes can be taken as a drop in or as a series.
