'Moments of Meeting ' is an exploration of how we meet each other and ourselves, our world and our lives .

‘Who’ shows up communicating to us through gesture, image or sensation? ‘What or Who’ is seeking to be seen, heard and met? How do we move towards life?
These unspoken voices live in us, and can show up as numbness, anxiety, stuckness or overwhelm.

We will move play , and connect, Exploring and developing our Social Engagement System, which helps us meet the world with curiosity , Safety and connectedness.

'Moments of Meeting ' will take place over three modules, Its a commitment to all three modules, which creates a strong and safe safe enough container to help us uncover many different layers and hidden aspects of our selves.

The weekends Feb 29/1st March, April 4/5, May 30/31

It will take place in St Aloysius School Sharman Crawford Street, Cork
from 11-5pm on both days.

This work revolves around Open Floor movement practice Somatic Experiencing® and Polyvagal Theory .

Helen is Somatic Experiencing® practitioner and a psychotherapist.
She is also a qualified Open Floor teacher and a mentor with Open Floor International and a 5Rhythms® teacher trained by Gabrielle Roth in 2011
