Weekly Wednesday Classes return on January 15

This is a gathering for everyone who wants to move, dance and enhance their connection with themselves and with each other.
It is an invitation to drop out of our everyday lives into the wisdom of our bodies, and to hear the calling of our Soul.
We will weave our way through a multitude of landscapes, inner, outer, above and below, held in the teachings of the Open Floor Movement practice

You will be supported to dance your own unique dance in a friendly, non-judgmental environment. A wide range of music will inspire you.
No matter what age you are, how able or challenged, You are welcome.

This class counts as a pre-requisite for the Open Floor Teacher Training.

Everyone welcome , whether this is your first time or you 100th time.
