This two day workshop is an invitation to find our flow, primarily resident in our bodies and finding ways to build and expand on this fluency through dance, movement and inquiry. Trusting the landscape of coherence already available to us in our body, this will be the ground on which we dance. 
Anchored in this place we will experiment dancing with the movement resources held within the practice of Open Floor , so that we can take these skills for living and begin to integrate them into our lived.

Open Floor Movement is dedicated to exploring how we inhabit our bodies on a physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual level. It recognizes that as Human beings we are born to connect and that we have a natural healthy hunger for connection, for solitude, for belonging, and for connection with something larger than us.

This will be our exploration for this workshop.
