Éadaoin Ní Challaráin
Éadaoin is originally from Galway and living and working in Sligo for the past 15 years. She has a passionate interest in the outoors, music, body work and self-care practices. Open Floor ticked many of those boxes and taking a class in mindful movement quite by accident she quickly became hooked. ‘I found this work to be transformative. It allowed me to start learning and growing again and have fun at the same time. Ultimately it is a practice that equips me to be more present to life and to step more fully into the vitality of that’.
Éadaoin has trained under the guidance of Irish teachers Caitríona Nic Ghiollaphadraig and Cathy Ryan and International teachers including Andrea Juhan and Gabrielle Roth (5 Rhythms). She is an Open Floor teacher since 2017 and teaches mostly in the North West ( Sligo). She brings to the table a background in medicine, having trained in general practice and now working in palliative care. She is a traine Family Constellation practitioner an also has trainings in in Ashtanga Yoga , reiki, meditation and mindfulness practices. Éadaoin also spent years teaching canoeing to adults and teens. She has a life-long love of learning environments that are creative and fun.
Éadaoin is delighted to be offering Open Floor Mindful Movement Classes in Sligo, every Thursday and Friday.
