FULL MOON DANCE FOR WOMEN

An invitation to all women to an evening of dance, movement and meditation on the night of the June Full Moon. 

The full moon is a potent time to gather in community and call ourselves into motion. As we stay true to how we are in the moment and offer it into the dance, we can release tension and stress and relax into our authenticity.

Supported by Open Floor movement practice and the teachings of the chakra system we will travel into the landscape of the feminine, exploring what wants to be expressed through us, in an open and non-judgemental space.

By allowing what arises to become visible, we can create pathways to connect with the wisdom, wildness and compassionate nature of the female moving body.

All women are welcome, regardless of age, fitness levels or stage of cycles.
