Helen is a certified 5Rhythms® teacher, trained by Gabrielle Roth in 2011 She is also a qualified Open Floor teacher and a mentor with Open Floor International.
Helen is a psychotherapist and advanced student with the Somatic Experiencing® Training Institute where she is studying to be an SE practitioner.
