This is an invitation to all people to an evening of dance and meditation over the December Full Moon.
The full moon is a potent time to gather together in community and call ourselves in to motion. As we stay true to how we are in the moment, and offer it to the dance, we can create space for change and transformation within and around us.
By allowing what arises within us to become visible, however that may be, we find pathways to connect with the wisdom, wildness and compassionate nature of our moving bodies, hearts and minds.
Bringing this awareness deeper into our lives, our work and our relationships.
All people are welcome, regardless of age, fitness levels or stage of cycles.
